Then that should be followed up with some type of cellular cleanse or anything that will help a person become more healthy to allow for the body and the brain to recover. Usually vitamin and mineral therapy accompanied with light exercise and a healthy diet is very beneficial. Again, an effective drug rehab center should provide all of these components.
